Absolutely loved this team. I accidentally missed my appointment but everyone was so kind and still let me bring in my loved one that day. The vet was so polite and answered all of my questions. I will definitely be back. Yall are my new exotic animal vet for as long as I live here and i will suggest you to anyone who ask. Thank you!

Thank you for letting me see Bonnie (with teledoc services)during her exam! It was so nice to see and talk with Dr. Riggan again after so long! I was hoping to have the Claro for her ear treatment on same day of visit but you were out of it. So now she has to come back (quite unpleasant for her). Great job overall!

We love that we found White Rock Animal Hospital. We see Dr Miller and she is fantastic. She always answers our questions honestly and thoroughly. When ever we see someone asking for recommendations for a vet we gladly recommend White Rock.

I love White Rock but it’s hard getting appointments, no matter what month it is. Even for emergencies, which is distressing.

Karen was very rude. She was more interested in making sure she got my prepayment then finding out how my pet was doing. She made me feel like I was trying to avoid paying which I REALLY don t appreciate. When I asked how my dog was her response was I don t know I wasn t with your dog when the technician got him, but you have to prepay this amount and we can refund you if its more and rerun it but you HAVE to pay the prepaid amount now. We called you and left you a voicemail oh and next time don t leave because you have to sign. So remember to sign when you pick up and next time you have to just wait. You cant leave. I mean how rude is that really? I ve never carried a balance, in fact I always pay more to keep a credit on my account. My technician told me they would call to get payment but never told me i had to wait there until they did. I had to get my daughter back home to start school. Even explaining that to her she didn t care. She just sighed while I was talking and told me next time i need to just wait. Then I was told we d get called with updates throughout the day. I dropped off my pet at 7:15 am. I had to call at 12, 3 & 5:30 to get updates on my dog. No update call was ever made to me. I had to call each time. We ve never had this horrible of an experience with customer service at White Rock. We spend hundreds of dollars with you guys because we felt like you cared about our pets as much as we did and everyone was always so nice. This time was not the case at all. Heaven was super sweet and Dr. Miller was nice as always, but that customer service needs some MAJOR work. If Karen is so upset and annoyed with customers not knowing the new policies perhaps someone else should be answering the phones. I m very disappointed that we have to start looking for another place for our pets to go because we really loved you all so much but being treated this way is uncalled for.

Whiterock has gone above and beyond for my kitty with conditions. If these guys were not her care team, I believe her outcome would be dismal at best. They are amazing veterinarians, wonderful people and I feel like it was someones dream made real. The entire office, staff, vision and in practice with the animals. One could never thank you enough. You gave my kitty a voice when she was just suffering in silence.

I have to say THANK YOU so much! I have terrible phone service at my house, out in the country north of Liberty Hill, and messed up my appointment date. It took us over an hour to get to the facility and am so so so very thankful that your office was able to squeeze my rabbits in... even though it was completely MY mistake. Not only did you squeeze us in, but the staff was super friendly and nice. I have recommended your office to 2 people since then. Thank you thank you thank you again!

The techs were so friendly as getting wet as they came to our car to get our pet. I loved that she covered the carrier with a towel when she brought our bunny back. The vet was kind and took the time to answer ALL my questions and helped my prioritize our options. I appreciated the follow up call on Saturday and the price matching for the medication. Great job. I sent a picture of what was going on with my pet Giorgio. I would’ve appreciated if they would’ve answer my email so I could taken some action in the meantime of the appointment because it was 7 days ahead and was pretty serious, could’ve taken immediate action.

Dr. Turner is the BEST! I explained that my dog was very nervous. She took the time to sit on the floor with my dog to help her feel more comfortable. I can t say enough good things about Dr. Turner and her assistants, they are very patient and understanding of my dogs fear.
