The vet and tech were great with my dog. In the past, they wanted to muzzle him, this time they were patient and gave him an opportunity - I believe they did not muzzle him.

When carrying the small dogs, they should not also have a clipboard in hand. It would be safer to carry the animals with two hands. I did not appreciate that.

Kennedy is a great asset to team. She was extremely kind, helpful, and made sure all my questions were answered. Taking a pet to the vet can be stressful, but she made sure my dog got the proper care he needed. This was my first visit to your hospital and we will be switching from our current vet, to Ocean Avenue Vet Hospital.
