I really appreciated the availability of an appointment for Milo the next day after I called. There were places where I had to wait 10 days for Milo to be seen. I also did not get the senses that anyone may not want to see/examine Milo on the day of the appointment because he scratches. I was happy & relieved about that. Thank you.

I had a great experience taking my dog here for his annual wellness exam. I did not feel rushed and felt that all my questions about my dogs health were answered. I plan to continue to come here for my dogs health needs.

This was my first time coming to the practice - I have been overwhelmed with trying to find a new vet and decided to come in today as a sort of trial run after hearing many glowing reviews. The visit exceeded my expectations and I am so excited to have found a clinic that is so caring and attentive, even to the most insignificant of visits!

Overall, a very good experience. We were happy to be seen the same day and the staff and veterinarian were very responsive. Our vet tech could have been a little more “warm” to our dog, especially since Duchess is a timid dog. Also, when our dog was returned to us, she was in the vet tech’s arms (which we appreciated), yet she was not leashed, which seemed a little unsafe due to many busy streets surrounding. Our veterinarian went above and beyond to arrange pickup at another vet for Brevecto, which was highly appreciated since it was almost 7pm and our dog had a tick on her that day so we needed the meds ASAP.

The tech that helped me and my pet was very friendly explained what every shot that he was getting was for. We have visited your location twice and each time was amazing.

All of the staff were extremely helpful and kind! They relieved me of my anxiety of my cat being sick and made sure I understood all of the treatments, costs, and what the aftercare was. I cannot thank them enough for how wonderful they were with me and my little Macaroni!

Had a vaccine appointment with a tech and Glen was so patient with us. Our pet is very anxious and has high separation anxiety. Glen was able to calm him down and get him in and out very quickly. He also was kind enough to check in and record our pets new weight even thought it was not a full check up. We love OAVH!

I wouldn’t think of entrusting my cat to any other veterinary practice. Thank you for taking care of my beloved cats present-and past- for so many years.

It is difficult to get a hold of the office. The phone system continues to prompt dial 2 for receiptionist even when 2 has been dialed multiple times, after several rounds, it eventually goes to voicemail. Texting and email work ocassionally; it is hard to tell which channel gets a response. I have had times when I receive a text message, but when replied, there is no follow-up. It leaves the clients confused as to if whether or not that is the proper channel to communicate with the office. The office staff are very pleasant and helpful, my only concern is the issue with the communication. Thank you.

Melanie (our vet tech) was awesome. She explained things perfectly, which is not always easy. Thank you so much for getting us in !!!

Dr. Fady was great and even brought me in to show my X-rays of my cat s lungs, and took the time to talk me through the different possibilities and outcomes. I appreciated the time he took with me, and with my cat.

I was very pleased with my visit. It was my first time going to a veterinarian office and I couldn’t have asked for better care. Umesh who worked with me was very patient and kind. He made sure to tell me everything I needed to know and made me feel reassured that everything was going to be fine ?? I would recommend your clinic.
