The receptionist (apologies for not knowing her name) was lovely and went above and beyond. Another client at the hospital had diabetes and asked her for candy, and she gave him her personal candy. She was so gracious, and he didn t offer to reimburse her. She s amazing. You should know that your email about the survey needs to be clarified. On one line, you ask us to fill out the survey, and on the following line, you ask us to complete the survey. Are there two different surveys? Thanks.

The only issue I have with Healthy pet is that I don t feel like I know the vets. The staff is fabulous but don t know any of the vets.

My kitty got sick on Friday night. Called on Saturday and was able to make appointment to have her checked on Monday morning. Staff are very nice and helpful. This place is very clean. Met Dr Whipple first time. He is caring and did a thorough assessment and found the problem. His assistant is so very helpful and nice Very happy that I went there. Have been coming here since they opened but stopped when my last fur baby passed
