While my dog was waiting to be seen I heard a female employee call a patient ( dog ) a bad dog . It appeared that the dog had went to the bathroom near the weighing area while waiting for his or her turn to be seen. The dog may have been nervous as I observed this to be the case. The dog appeared to understand the word bad because he or she put their head down as if embarrassed. This made me upset and I felt so sorry for the dog. I wanted to say something but kept it to myself for fear of retaliation towards my pet as he was being left that morning for surgery.I believe the employee had dark hair. She was young.

Everyone there is WONDERFUL!! They treated my Ellie with such love, concern and gave her great care. Thank you Dr. G, Dr Whipple, Michelle, Jae and Katie. Special thanks to the techs who had to deal with Ellie at the beginning. She was not so friendly at the start. Thank you all for your patience with her. I especially want to thank Dennis! The girls who work in grooming at this location are awesome! The seem to work so cohesively together and always treat my dogs so good! I have 2 golden retrievers and my sons dog who is a Rottweiler/husky mix. The staff is so good with them. I feel so good about leaving them and they are always so clean happy and smell good when I pick them up! Thank you so much! You are all wonderful and I appreciate your hard work and care!

I had not been there in a while since I moved. I took my fur baby to 2 different clinics that did nothing for my pet s skin issues and overly charged me. I decided to back to you guys and I am so glad did. The Vet knew right away what the problem was. Front desk girls are very helpful. I payed half of what I paid at other places. My pets condition is improving. I will continue to take Peanut to you guys for any medical needs. Thanks, Susana and Peanut

I had not been to healthy pet hospital in a while. I was surprised I didn’t have to go in the back with my dog. The doctor did a check up on my dog but I never saw the doctor. It would be nice to have had a conversation with the doctor instead of the technician. The technician and the lady at the desk were both very nice.
