I was told that the doctor would call me with my dog, Stan s lab results since Tuesday. No call so I asked and was told that she would call me if there was anything out of the ordinary. I explained that I have specific concerns about Stan s liver enzymes and was told that Dr would definitely call me to discuss. No call yet and it s Saturday.

I only mention one of the employees, as she had to be asked by another employee to check me out. She was COMPLETELY focused on her own dog behind the counter, enamored by him to the point of being oblivious to her role. She say closest to the entrance. I wouldn t mention it, except she was clearly not engaged in checking me out even once she had to. All others were extremely helpful.

I wouldn’t recommend this practice because I don’t really know who the doctor is. And there shouldn’t be any stars for grooming because I’ve never used them.

3 of my 4 cats were given an unnecessary vaccination. It was explained to us on our 4th cat, Link that because he was an indoor cat, which all of them are. That he would not need the FELV 1 YEAR shot. Why was this not explained to us for the other 3 cats? We spent an extra $90.00 on unnecessary vaccinations. I do expect some kind of response about this issue.

I don t feel like the doctors look at my pets chart before our scheduled appointment. They constantly ask me questions they should already know. My appointments always feel rushed. Front desk could be more welcoming and attentive. I ve been a bringing my pet here for 18years and the staff treat me like a stranger. I just wish they were a bit more personable.
