My canine is almost 17 years-old. She has been going to Pet Hospital her entire life. She is healthy and sees the practice twice every year for a wellness checkup and then an anesthesia dental. Every year I see a doctor, it s always as if they never read her chart and it s our first time there. It s always like starting over. Healthy Pet Hospital is big on promise, but it s a miserable experience for me.

I have been a loyal customer of Pet Hospital for 30 years. However since Dr. Wiatt sold the practice I have become increasingly dissatisfied with the level of care and the business practices of the doctors. I LOVED Dr. Wiatt, his staff were fantastic and the location was optimal. I am now driving nearly 5 times farther for care. All that said, I will not be bringing my animals back to this veterinarian hospital nor will I not recommend this hospital,

Staff used to be super friendly before the pandemic. Not sure what happened but the new staff is not as friendly and seemed too absorbed in the conversations they have with each other than to customers.

This is our second time with anappointment with Dr. Whipple. I left both appointments with negative feelings. He was condescending and didn’t seem to care about the animal he was treating. I will specifically ask for appointments with a different vet in the future. The vet tech, however, is wonderful. We have have worked with him many times and he is always pleasant, helpful, and clearly loves animals.

We have been bringing our pets here since we moved into the area over 20 years ago. All the doctors and staff have always been the greatest. Especially when we had to say good bye to Misha, our beloved German shepherd. The doctor came to our house which made it more comfortable for her and us. Great staff!! I will always bring our fur babies here, I would never take them anywhere else. Thank you for caring.

Wait time of 50 min is unacceptable. My dog didn t get her flu vaccine.

We have used this vet for many years. The staff is fantastic. It’s frustrating that when we drop off and pick up the wait time is so long. On this particular visit we dropped our dog off at 10 AM for grooming and a vaccine. My daughter waited 20 minutes for drop off. I received a phone call at 3:20 saying Porter would be ready at 4:30. When I arrived we waited 45 minutes to pick him up. A staff member finally came out around 5:00 and said he wasn’t sure why someone had said 4:30 and that he wasn’t ready. He had recently come off the wash rack. And that they were just doing his vaccination. My frustration is that my dog was there since 10:00 and wasn’t washed or vaccinated until the late afternoon. Why did he need to be there all day? The staff is fantastic with their care and attitude towards my dog is good.

Everything was great except the receptionists kind of slightly ignored us while they were looking at their computers. Once they helped us, everything was fine.

I’m very comfortable with this veterinarian office. They can handle anything that has been needed for my 2 dogs. They are friendly, competent and reasonably priced.

The staff is wonderful in putting up with my Luna. The facility has performed 2 of her operations (one life saving and last minute) and seen to her other medical needs along with my other dog and her medical needs and grooming. Wonderful staff always polite and gentle with the animals in a profecinal manner.

I feel every-time I need flee meds that I have to respond to a up sell need by the staff before I can get my flee meds. Just saying….

Waited over 30 minutes to be seen, but other than that, good experience.

This appointment took 1 hour 45 minutes for an exam that lasted about 4 minutes and a blood draw way too long. Especially when it was not busy when I got there and one doctor was sitting in their office. You need to get doctors and keep them. Every time I go it is like starting over I feel I have given enough time

We love coming to this office, but this time around it took almost an hour to get a shot for our pup! Better luck next time! Everyone was so sweet :)

Would have liked to meet Midnite s surgeon, if only for a few minutes. We understand that he took over for the surgeon we did meet due to a medical issue, but would have liked to thank him and get his impressions of Midnite s surgery.

I had an appointment to give my dog a bordetella shot and they didnt call me to let me know that they were out of the vaccine. My dog was already not happy to be there so it was a waste of time for him to be there unnecessarily. A call would have been nice.

Dennis took really good care of my older dog penny and I enjoyed speaking to him and getting information regarding my pets food and ordering.

Everyone was efficient and professional. Dr. Whipple is amazing...He fixed my pup s problem where 2 other vets could not!

Dr stein was very professional and kind, she has a great personality in explaining our dog Chanel’s health
