We followed instructions, called when in the parking lot, and then waited and waited and waited and waited. This has happened with every appointment I ve made using this new touchless system. It sucks, and you should fix it.

I was told by Dr Al that my dog had a heart murmur. Was recommended to have an xray. The results were not explained thoroughly. I understand that the Vet had 6 surgeries that day but would still like to know the exact diagnosis and recommendations.

Called to make a appt to see Gigi vet and was told office was closed to appt till Saturday I get there and I get a different vet that could not examine in my dogs mouth for a tooth loss said she and her assistant could not see the area so basically I was charged 102.00 dollars for a nail trim and gland expression I had to make a appt with another vets office for this Monday they had no problem getting into her mouth to see where the tooth broke off ??????? Also I asked for a receipt and was told it would be emailed but I can not open it so I would appreciate a refund I feel I was charged for nothing and my dog had waited so many days to get to see the vet for nothing then waited till Monday to see another vet This was slot of anxiety for us and our small little gugi

Waited for nearly 1 hour. Too many procedures offered for pet.

Too much time waiting. There were no other clients waiting to be seen so why did it take 15 min past the appointment time to get into the exam room? Then another wait in the exam room for the doctor to come in. Vet tech was very nice. Vet was nice and thorough. When I phone with questions, they are answered promptly & accurately.

I do not like the constant change of doctors. I never know who I will see when I bring my pet in.

I have been a long time client and have brought multiple pets to your clinic. I feel that with all the recent staff changes your customer service has really suffered. On one of my previous visits I was not charged even though I tried to give my credit card to the tech he insisted someone would call to take my payment. No one ever called. I tried to follow up twice and was put on hold for long periods of time. On other occasions I’ve waited outside for almost an hour to be told they forgot about my pet. I completely understand covid changes everything, however it seems like it is more than that. Guido and Elsa were the reason we kept going to your clinic after Dr. K was gone. I have had multiple bad experiences with Dr. Wyatt and sadly will be looking for a new vet.

i had appt for blood work, waited for 40minutes and no staff said anything at all, not even sorry you have to wait or they will be with you as soon as they can. no staff said anything while I walked back and forth for 40min past my appt time. even when they took me in after I had said something twice -- still not even a simple acknowledgement that I waited 40min past my appt time which I arrived on time for.

The staff was very nice and treated our bunny with so much love. We didn’t have to wait to go into the room but after the X-rays, we had to wait over an hour and a half before seeing the doctor to get results.. Just when we were about to give up and leave, the doctor came in. Other than the wait time, the quality of care was great!

I waited for a little over an hour for my pet to be seen. It was a really bad first impression. The girl that helped us out was sweet but not very knowledgeable. The vet was so sweet and seems like a great person who I would definately trust with my dog.So besides the ridiculous wait time I had an overall good experience.

I know you will blame COVID, but the communication has been terrible. I husband tried to get a prescription for out dog after this visit and it was almost impossible to get any form on communication. Messages left, calls not returned. I get a tom of email from you, but never an email with the new hours (no Sundays) I called office August 2nd and message still had Sunday hours. Emergency message was not return until 1 the next day and a worry excuse was made by the caller regarding eh lack of followup. There are vets on every corner, not sure if we are going back.

Comment: When I called to let them know I was outside waiting in my car no one called back and on the second phone call no one answered. I left my car and the sign on the door says do not enter. I sat outside waiting then another patron just walked inside. When I followed, it was then that I was acknowledged. After that the wait was not too bad.

We had an appt for our bulldogs 10:30 am. We were never seen. This office had gone down hill.
