I feel like the ball was drop in the situation of my cat. It took two days with back and forth visit with hardly no information. My cat is no better, and still not sure what exactly is wrong. They were x-ray in question the first visit, and I got two or three different stories from as many people there. So now I don t feel like I can trust. Will be getting a 2nd opinion and new vet.

I have brought my animals to you several years I dont think the doctors are as thorough or as nice as they use to be. My animals are like my children and expect them to be treated that way. Someone in the office was very rude on the phone once. I have this all documented and will be glad to go over it with you.

Arrived 10 minutes prior to appointment. Made the call stating we had arrived waited approximately 30 minutes for them to pick our puppy up. Employees seemed confused and focused on bringing dogs out.

I would just suggest letting the customers know when you are running behind schedule. Especially since everyone is waiting in their cars. I waited 46 minutes in my car before my pet was picked up to be seen, it had me wondering if I had been skipped or forgotten about.

I wish we could have actually gone in with our new baby but Covid has changed everything. Dr Thompson was very thorough on the phone and we appreciate all that they do. We have used Sequoyah Animal for many years.

I had an appointment at 5:30 pm on 7/6/20 and when I arrived there where a lot of people there that had been there several hours and I waited an hour after I called and told them that I was there and I was told that there where a lot of people ahead of me even if I did have an appointment and I talked with a few people there waiting and then finding out that they never had appointment but yet they was ahead of me waiting so after an hour I left to find another veteran who could take care of my pet

I really liked how the social distancing visit went. I actually think it made it less stressful. You got to look her over. Tell me what you saw, ask questions, let me ask questions, and then she came back. For a cat, that s probably a best case scenario for a vet visit. The faster the better, and things are definitely faster, without a lot of small talk. I may like to chit chat, but I m sure my cat prefers the shorter visit without it.

I brought Bella down there 2 wks. ago. Her liver enzymes were high. She had a loose tooth and a cyst above her eye. The vet wanted to take her dew claws off. I don t know what the tech s name was that called me to give me the price for all. I told her at the time I didn t want to put her through the pain of the claws. She s too old for that kind of surgery. Thursday morning when my husband dropped her off the tech gave him a copy of the procedures and the cost. Him being a man, he didn t read the paper and signed it. Therefore I had to pay the bill. Evidently the tech dropped the ball relaying that I did NOT want her claws removed. By the time I found out it was too late. I m very upset over this and my dogs won t be coming back to you. Maybe you need to train your employees to put important things (such as major surgery) in the file
