After the surgery I took my dog home and had questions concerning the surgery .. I called and left Message for the Dr .. they never called me back .. and the tech was very rude. Not sure that I will go back .. I should have read the reviews before I went there

Dr. Hay gave Max excellent care.

I don t understand why we still have drop off. Best communication would be directly with the doc. Everyone could wear masks and there would be little risk.

we did not see facilities so i can not rate. we were to wear mask and stay in cars. people were out side cars with pets and your staff still helped them as they gathered and talked. i followed rules whiles others did not. we all need follow guide lines you set up my dog did get great help how ever

I moved all 7 animals to a different vet. Waiting over 30 minutes past the appointment time is unacceptable (especially for an 8am appointment). My cat was then back for his appointment for 40 minutes. Appointments are booked 20 minutes apart. They should be at least 45 minutes apart. Waiting in the car with it running for over an hour is just crazy. I expect to be seen at the appointment time because I am always on time for the appointment. The appointment should take no longer than 30 minutes. I should be in and out within 30-40 minutes. We have been clients for more than 10 years and we will not be back. I can not allow 2 hours for a simple vet appointment.

I understand the way things are being done currently. COVID-19 is a serious threat. However, I greatly miss the face to face care we have always gotten.

All is a 5 star rating . Although I was hoping Sarah wouldve come out.She is absolutely beautiful .

Sequoyah is the best! I miss being able to talk to the doctors myself but the service and the care they show for my dogs is 110%

I feel like the ball was drop in the situation of my cat. It took two days with back and forth visit with hardly no information. My cat is no better, and still not sure what exactly is wrong. They were x-ray in question the first visit, and I got two or three different stories from as many people there. So now I don t feel like I can trust. Will be getting a 2nd opinion and new vet.

I have brought my animals to you several years I dont think the doctors are as thorough or as nice as they use to be. My animals are like my children and expect them to be treated that way. Someone in the office was very rude on the phone once. I have this all documented and will be glad to go over it with you.

Arrived 10 minutes prior to appointment. Made the call stating we had arrived waited approximately 30 minutes for them to pick our puppy up. Employees seemed confused and focused on bringing dogs out.

Considering the issues with Covid the visit was as good as could be. Friendly staff and followup call to check on status of Cali.

You did a great job with our cat, the wait time in the car was a bit long, but we are all living in strange times right now so I understand.

I don t really know about the facility cleanliness since I wasn t able to go in. But, it has always been very clean.

The girls that gave my dogs their shots weren t very good with dogs.

Very satisfied with the facility and care my pet received. Everyone was very friendly and answered all my questions. Looking forward to meeting everyone.
