I really like 360 Pet Medical and Dr. Anderson. This has been a great experience. On a different note, this survey design isn t great because you have pre-populated ratings -- people can be lazy unless they are really pissed. The results may not actually reflect true opinions.

Really dislike the parking lot visits. I would like to come into the office and meet with the doctor. I have never met the doctor.

This was our first vet appointment here and the staff was lovely and accommodating. Super friendly, super informative, and just an overall great experience. Glad to have a good local vet :)

Always impressed with the completeness of care even in curbside service. I miss seeing everyone, and wish we could, but I know my pets are still cared for at the same level they always have been. Thank you for everything.

Everything was perfect except when I tried to pick up my prescription over the weekend at CVS, it had not been called in.

I was very pleased with the professional and courteous service Penny and I received. I gave 4 stars, instead of 5, to the first 2 questions only because the Covid thing was going on, not really your fault. The follow-up call was appreciated.

When I made appt, I asked for estimate as to the charge, I was told approx $86, $27 of which was for the vaccination, but after the service the total bill was for $120. My puppy was in for another shot in the series and that was all. That rate is exhorbitant and the estimate was off by 50%. That is unacceptable and very poor service. I will finish the vaccination series with you but, if I have this experience again, I will be looking for another vet.

Ruth Stafford is the best, explains things thoroughly. I was in hold a long time for the staff to get to me upon arrival and again at checkout. I also am not Huge fan of coming to get the animals but appreciate that Dr Stafford came out to talk to me !!

I understand and appreciate the COVID protocols that 360 is following- but it has dramatically decreased the experience of bringing my pets to your facility. I do not like being separated from them, do not feel like I have a connection with the vet staff, and ultimately do not feel that the communication between myself and the staff is effective so as to receive the best service for my pet. I believe that 360 is the premiere vet service in Bozeman, and we pay accordingly, it is hard to feel like we are not receiving that quality now.

As always, 360 went above and beyond to help me when I called in with concerns about my dog. I was dealt with kindly and compassionately, and given a time to come in within the hour of when I called. Upon arrival at 360 the front desk put me in touch with an assistant (Taylor) who listened to my concerns and my dog’s symptoms. Shortly thereafter she and Dr. Anderson came out to my car to check on him as he might be contagious and treated him gently and with concern. He was diagnosed, a plan of care discussed and prescriptions ordered. All of this happened within 20 minutes of arriving at 360! Needless to say I was relieved. Thank you, 360!
