The detour/road construction is killer but I always have a great experience at 360!

I know with Covid the wait time is increased and I understand why that is happening. Thank you for considering our health and keeping your office closed to the public.

Dr. Stafford and all the doctors and staff have always been the greatest and I have complete confidence in all of them to care for Jazzy. You will not find a better facility or people to care for your pet family.

We ve been coming to 360 on a regular basis for water Treadmill. The staff is always kind and caring. Ellie is the best. Super caring towards us and our canine s special needs.

I think in anti itch injection may be working!!

I feel the checkout process could have been done a little bit better. I was not offered an explanation of the charges, and I had to call back and request an email copy of the bill for the visit. I did receive that and everything is great, but I feel like that was one thing that was forgotten in the transition to curbside checkout.

Everything went well, everyone very nice and helpful as usual. Just strange not to have in clinic visit. I’m sure it it difficult for everyone.

Ruth Stafford is an outstanding vet. She is treating our kitty Max for a seizure disorder and she is very vigilant about recommending and making medication changes when needed. Max s seizures have been effectively treated and he has not had a seizure in the several years since he has been on this medication. This was our first experience with the curbside service and we loved it! Very quick and efficient. We needed to get Max seen before we left on vacation and we were able to do so. Thank you!! This was a curb side visit. I much prefer the in office visits.

Didn t get to see office facilities due to covid (waited in parking lot) but staff took care of my dog quickly so didn t wait long.
