It’s sad when a person comes in to get Raby shots for their dogs and Air told because the shot was due on 29 April that I’m only able to get a shot for once a year. This is unacceptable. This is a scam a person can get a rabies shot for 1112 year old dogs for three years but you scammed me, so now I have to come back in a year for Raby shot for another $69 office visit because you are scammers unacceptable as hard as people working for their money and you’re scamming people for one year for a 12 year dog and that’s two dogs I could’ve went and got the shot at another location For three years but you guys lied said because the dog message pointman on April 29 you guys scam people say no because of that we’re penalizing you . Unless you change your attitude, I don’t need you. I’ll see advice somewhere else for the rest of my dogs shots.

Nick always does a fine job with Peppers nail trim. I was shocked with the bill. We ll have to find a more reasonable rate elsewhere.

Great just think all professional techs/vets should not examine rectums or any other orifices woth long nails as it may cause damage and or pain.

Love stopping by to get Baby s nails trimmed. It had cost $20 previously, now it s double?

The staff was great and so kind with my very reactive pup! It took a little long for paperwork to get done at the end, but was overall a good experience.

Both estimates we received did not include some items that we were told were standard and should have been on there and some of the fees between the estimates and final invoices did not match up. We were told there’s a known computer error. If this is the case, it should be stated on the paperwork. Also, bloodwork was included with the surgery items on the estimate and we were told that when we brought our pet in for this that we wouldn’t have to make a payment but when we got there, we were asked for the bloodwork fee. I think there is some miscommunication in the office. Other than the money stuff, everything was great!!

Receptionist double checked my email and told me she would send me the cost for the teeth cleaning that was schduled for the following day. None was forthcoming.

As always, Nick was fabulous. He is a real asset to your practice. He took the time to talk me through some unexpected charges as well as post-op care. While I did not see the doctor, I have no doubt that my babies are being well cared for when Nick is there.
