I can t thank all of the staff enough for their wonderful care of Pete. I was able to get him seen very quickly after my call. Dr. Okafor is wonderful and compassionate during our visits. She was very patient explaining all the test results and honest in discussing very difficult issues and upcoming plan of care. I appreciate them all so much. We love our fur babies and want the best care. Lili Vet definitely provides this.

Appt was at 9:45 did not see vet until 10:15. Too long to wait.

This was my first time at your facility. I feel pretty confident that Dr. Okafor gave me an assessment that made sense and that she has my sweet boy’s best interest at heart.

The girls at the front desk weren’t very welcoming or friendly. This is the second time that I’ve noticed the same girls. The vet tech and vet were both great, efficient , and personable

This is our 3rd emergency appointment and the staff and Drs are amazing and not only professional, they are very comforting and take their time explaining the diagnosis and treatment.

I brought in a stray dog I found yesterday to check for a microchip, but there wasn’t one. I asked for an appt to get the dog a medical exam, and they offered to fit me in between appointments asap and/schedule an appt for that same afternoon. I chose to stay, and they were able to fit the dog in for an exam within a couple of hours. The tech and the doctor were both patient and great with the dog. After the examination, the doctor told her staff that I didn’t need to pay any fees. She did the exam for free out of the kindness of her heart, which was a wonderful surprise. I can’t thank Lili Veterinary Clinic enough, and I will sing their praises to anyone I know who is looking for a place to care for their pets.

I am extremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism and courtesy of your staff today. Our appointment was set for 3:30, and by 4:25, we were still waiting in room 4 to be seen. I stepped out to ask if we would be seen soon as I needed to be somewhere by 6:00 PM, and the young woman at the front desk was rude and dismissive, saying that you were “just running behind in appointments today.” I asked how much longer she thought it might be, and she said, “I don’t know maybe ten or fifteen minutes.” There was no apology, no kindness in her voice, in fact she rolled her eyes and seemed bothered that I was even asking. I told her I was not going to wait and left. Why do you schedule appointments just ti have people waiting with their pets for an hour or more? I would have at the very least appreciated a vet or technician checking in with me to assure us we would be seen. Nobody did that. I will not be back to your office again. Your front staff need to be trained in customer service and how to treat customers with respect.

Friendly staff, easy to get in and I was able to see both the tech and the vet.

This was my first visit, but won t be my last. Easy appt system, friendly & knowledgeable staff. The vet, Dr. Okafor & Jen, the vet tech, spent time with both my dog & me explaining procedures & options. A very positive experience!

Why was a $15 plus tax tech charge added to a $21 nail trim? When I ask about it at the front desk I was told to take my dog to Wolfgangs.I bring him to Lili s for nail trims because he gets really scared and he is comfortable with Alicia and a few of the other techs, but really, $40?.

Staff is always very courteous. Offices are very clean and my wait time has been only a few minutes. Dr. Okafor is very detailed when explaining procedures and very courteous and friendly. I would recommend this clinic to anyone who has a pet.

It is always amazing

The front desk staff person that checked us in didn t even say hello to my dog. This is a first! Every visit over the last 4 years the front desk staff has talked to and petted in a sweet manner except today. The staff person may be new as I did not recognize her. I recommend talking to her about it. She looked afraid of him - not an ideal employee for a vet office.

This is the best Vet clinic I have ever experienced as a life long pet owner. The staff, technicians, Drs are all on par with professionalism above reproach. I have felt a genuine sense of care and compassion that has gone above and beyond any expectation. It is greatly appreciated. Keep doing what you do and thank you.
