This clinic only wants money, has terrible communication with each other and patients, the facility is not comforting or welcoming at all. I got a call about my dogs records being approved, another call saying they were never approved, and another call that the results had been there. Before my dogs appointment the receptionist failed to tell me the procedures prior like to not feed him 12 hours before. I got 4 calls at work even though my husband told the office to call him and not me. During my dogs ultrasound the receptionist called me saying the specialty wanted to take extra samples from my dog which will be $500 extra, but would not tell me for what further research. This place feels sketchy, and is a waste of time and money. Sad.

I couldn t get the stars to work on the questions but Dr. Okafor is the best. She & staff take great care of our pups. 5 stars all the way

The absolute best veterinary clinic ever! The absolute best veterinarian ever. The absolute best vet technicians and the absolute best front desk staff! Top notch all around. My dog Stella is a frequent flyer and She gets the most excited when I say it’s time to go see Dr. O

When I made the appointment was done by phone, I talked to the manager and she told me that I’ll pay $ 59.00 for 3 cats. And $180.00 for each cat paper works for traveling. So it was possible just to do the papers for one cat, the total was $ 299.00. I have to come back for the other two cats later on. I would like for the manager to call me so we can discuss the price. $ 59.00 to just listen to a cat heart it seems excessive to me. Regards Anna Rita Tardio Ward

Service was good but the room was hot and there was a lot of pet hair on the floor.

I can’t begin to describe how incredible lili vet was with my pet. we had isabelle, jen, and kyle helping out with our pup and they made him feel very comfortable, they were very informative of everything that was happening. Our doggo had to be sedated for x-rays. They made sure to keep us updated on how he was doing. Dr.Okafor was truly incredible, she gave us the best treatment process. She made sure to let us know everything that was going on with our baby. I’m so glad to be able to trust lili vet with our babies!!

Unfortunately, I have had to visit Lili s several times for emergency care for my sweet Kodi. Fortunately, I have had Lili s to care for him. I have always been extremely pleased with the clinic, the staff and the care he received. They explain the treatment and give an estimate of the cost of the treatment. I know Kodi is in loving hands at Lili s.
