I asked to clip my dog Hotspot only and was obligated to pay for construction even after letting the front desk know that my dog wasn t sick or neither in need to see the Vet. This information wasn t released to me when I call asking if was possible to shave my dog hotspot.I drove 40 minutes to figure out this information, I would just pay for a vet near my house. It was dishonest way to take extra money without announcement. The wait time is too long too, always too long for nothing since I never had a visit for sick reason. This was the last time I walk in the door, and will remember it when I write a review.

Staff was rude & not compassionate. I was charged incorrectly… I was quoted one price & charged another. The sad thing is my pet has been here since he was 6 weeks & we like Dr.Okafor but we will be seeking a new Vet…. This is the last of dealing with her poor staff. We rarely get to see her, we get a different provider when we take him in. My dog has had a reoccurring ear infection that they continue to pack, every few months is costing me $200-300 each time, every other month. In addition, the office manager is incompetent & does not personally address concerns & is completely fine with Dr.Okafor losing her patient over a $13.00 charge. Not good at all!

I brought my dog in for a spay consultation. Apparently y’all are having a 1/2 off special this month. When I received the estimate, it was more expensive than what my mother in-law paid for her dog last month that is in the bigger category. It appeared that y’all marked up your prices so you could offer “half off”. Very disappointed and big waste of my time!
