It was an excellent visit.I clicked on the 5-star selection for each category but I can t tell if it registered. Dr. Veitch was very patient with Albus despite the patient not being so with her. Her calm approach helped keep him cool. Thanks

In the past I was given an 8 x11 Receipt page outlining the appointment (date, services provided and their cost, total of bill, vet s name etc.) which I kept for my records. This time I only received a charge slip. If possible, I would like a return to the old way.

I won t take Brutus anywhere else. I drive in all the way from Brantford and it s worth every minute that it takes. You guys have seen him since he was a pup and have always provided him with the best care. He definitely likes you guys and I can tell you guys definitely like him.

The vet who saw us, a younger man, spent a lot of time and didn’t rush us which I appreciated so I will definitely bring my pet to him again.

I am very satisfied with my experience at Erin Mills Pet Hospital. The staff is ALWAYS very nice and friendly. My only suggestion is regarding the food.......any chance there could be some sort of loyalty card? Buy so many cans or bags and get one free??
