For the few times I have been to this office, the staff has always been amazing. They are so sweet and kind and really understanding.

It was an excellent experience. Everyone was kind and the experience was smooth. Dr. Polk was very thorough and provided great explanations and multiple treatment options.

Dr. Jolene took such great care of my anxious dane. She is gentle and patient with animals and humans alike. I feel so grateful for the folks at Eugene Animal Hospital.

I am so thankful for you!! My cat was on deaths door and no one would see her, even the emergency vet! You didn’t hesitate to see her and helped her immensely! I plan on going to you from now on! The nurse was so kind and i was very emotional! Dr Polk was wonderful and made sure he explained everything to me and gave me options for treating and diagnosing! I left feeling so much better and it’s been a little over 24 hours and my cat is feeling better and started eating again

The only thing I question is the Injection Fee for the Cytopoint shot. It was $68 for the shot then $17 for an injection fee. I hadn t been charged an injection fee before, that I can recall. If given the choice, I would have been fine giving the injection myself. Otherwise, everything was great and I really appreciate your clinic.

I was shocked to see the cost of my x-rays. The last time they were $100, this time they were $195. If I knew the price had doubled, I would have opted to not get them.

Dr. Polk was amazing with our cat (who has been difficult with other vets). Both the doctor and assistant were so patient and addressed all of my questions and concerns with such care. This visit was also really educational and I feel so relieved to have my animals friends coming in to Eugene Animal Hospital for treatment, Thank you!

Hi! We LOVE Dr Jodi! I wanted to be sure a manager is aware that we had no idea we were over due for appointments. We made the appointment because of an issue. When making the appointment they said all three animals were over due for shots (yikes!!) When I asked why we never received a reminder in the mail the gal said it s because we switched to email and you don t have an email on file). I could swear I get emails from you to buy stuff? I just hope in the future I can get a reminder, and I hope their aren t more people like me thinking they are up to date and they aren t. Thank you for all your help. Happy Holidays!

The check-in process of calling is very cumbersome and often am put on hold just to say I am in the parking lot. An easier option would be great. Although I have no suggestion for what that might be. :)
