My chihuahua Henry had a lot of nasal congestion… The office got me in the next day which was really quick. The staff were so sweet. I met Dr. Polk for the first time … He figured out the problem really fast . Henry is doing much better!!! Thanks to all!!!!!

1. The floors were dirty but it looked like they had just mopped before we came in so some leftovers were still there. 2. It s nice when the doctor comes back in to talk with you after doing a procedure, I really appreciate this and the demeanor of the attending Veterinarian was very kind as was the Vet assistant, thank you for your care of my sweet Maya!

Was charged more because I didnt have an appointment. It was regular office hours.

I appreciate the veterinarian taking her time when assessing Shadow and offering advice. However, I was a bit frustrated with communication problems with respect to Shadow s past history which had been uploaded to her patient file on the Web and forwarded via email to your office. Not knowing this meant flying blind with respect to Shadow s progress (or lack) over the past year. One thing I would appreciate is getting good information on how best to keep Shadow well and to help her avoid later health problems known to be common among large German Shepherd females. I would not think of going anywhere else with my pets. I did notice for the first time that The waiting room I was in seemed really dirty. My shoes were kind of sticking to the floor. And I noticed around the corners of the room were very dirty. near the front desk that linoleum was torn, cracked and sticking up. It looks like it needs a good cleaning. I have never seen it looked so bad.

In the future please be more upfront about fees. I specifically asked about costs prior to my visit. There was an additional $40 charge that was unexpected. For those on a budget that could be really hard. Also, we paid another fee tor rushed meds. I didn’t even know this was a thing.

I didn t get to see the inside, but was very pleased with the service, attention and precautions taken by this office.

I can’t answer the last question since I am a new client and have never been inside.

I hope we will soon be able to come into the facility with our pets!! It seems more conducive to ask more questions about the pet in a face to face conversation and be able to see the pet while talking about the issues at hand. Or be able to point out more clearly to the vet what I wanted her to look at that she may not have understood over the phone.

Don’t know if office was clean under COVID restrictions but always has been in the past.

We have only been with your Clive less than 2 years, but are very happy. I am equally thrilled with Dr Jodi and Dr Morrison.
