I have never been more happy with veterinary care! The whole staff there is awesome, patient, but most importantly, knowledgeable. I feel safe with my pets in their care and it doesn t empty my pockets! They treat right the first time!??

Dr. Polk is the reason I come here, as he is incredible with our animals. His assistant, Nicole, was also very kind and tentative to the needs of both my animals and me. It was the first time I ve been able to go in since Covid, and they both were above and beyond with their knowledge and investment in our animals.

We have been associated with Eugene Animal Hospital for nearly 30 years. We live only two blocks from there and even though convenient, we find their services excellent. We also appreciate their referrals to specialists.

I noticed when checking over past receipts the charge for an office visit has recently increased.

Love the care and concern demonstrated by ALL staff members! The doctor s are patient and kind and take time to discuss everything about the health of your pet. I felt confident that Snuggles got the care she needed and that I could call back anytime if I had more concerns. Also, the receptionist is the friendliest, most professional receptionist I ve ever encountered. I d like to know who trained her so I can use them when our business needs training. Thank you for all you do for our wonderful pets. I recommend you often.

for the price of the service I think you guys are over price it cost more for me to take a cat to the doctors than for me to see a doctor.have times change taking advantage of people who Love their pets.

We have 3 dogs and each one gets excellent, caring attention here.

I m always happy with Dr. Morrison. She is on the same page and myself with a minimalist approach to vaccinations as well as preserving hormone integrity.

Your parking is difficult. That s about it. I drive an hour just to come there. I do that because I trust they will do a good job for my pets. They don t try to push stuff we don t need and try hard to find solutions to any problems. They are very knowledgeable and if they don t know they will find out and get back to me. Which I appreciate. If I have questions, they get back to me pretty quick even though they have a busy practise. Wish you were in Cottage Grove or Creswell. Lol.
