I had a great experience but I go into small stores and offices all the time and know how to distance if its appropriate, so I am not sure why your lobby is still closed. I love Dr. Morrison and I don t know the reason you are keeping your lobby locked down, but I would consider going to a different Vet if I can t walk in. How is it ok spend time in a tiny exam room with 3 people and dogs but not be able to be in the lobby?

Everyone was so nice! Chloe was very scared and the Doctor and tech both got on the floor with her and she calmed down. The doctor was very knowledgeable and even pulled up some photos online to help me understand a procedure that Chloe might need to undergo someday. Thank you!

This was a vaccination update, so I was unable to attend with my feline. Therefore some of the questions did not apply this time. Overall, quick and efficient. Great staff, as always!

Its really reassuring to be able to attend the visit and talk to the Dr. I hope that can continue and hopefully even less restrictions due to Covid coming in the future.

Your parking situation is atrocious!

My cat was extremely cage aggressive, but the staff was kind, patient, and creative. They helped me feel better by having a light and positive atmosphere. Due to their bravery we successfully got her vaccinations!

My only suggestion is that personnel might wear name tags. I am better at remembering pet names than people names. Your clinic is friendly and helpful and professional and I would like to be able to address people there by name.

All was great. Can t get my computer to click on each question above.. My room-mate brought the cat in and everything was done that I wanted done. The price was kept lower also. Happy with the service.

Please end the curbside assistance method. I do not think it is needed anymore. I will be finding a new vet if this is the new normal.

Three dogs in for an annual check up at one time. One hour or less and we were out of there. The staff have done an amazing job streamlining the no-contact visit and I’m super appreciative. Care is still personalized and top notch.
