Thank you all so much for listening to my concerns and taking such loving care of my kitty Bodhi. I’m a nurse and I know how important it is to take care of my patients the way I would want my own family members to be cared for, and I feel like you took care of him as if he were one of your own. He’s acting like his sweet, goofy self now because of the knowledgeable and attentive care he received. I can’t thank you enough!

Such an amazing experience. Our pet baby had a rough go of things. I got an appointment for the morning I called and everyone was great! Thank you to the team who assisted in getting our fur baby on the mend.

I dropped Lola off at 8am. I was only able to pick her up at 4:45. Once I picked her up she was groggy and out of it until almost 11pm. Seriously, she was unsteady (she would not go potty, drink, eat) and disoriented for hours. This was upsetting to her - she was anxious and shaking with confusion. I get that she was not the only pet dropped off for a procedure. I get that she may have had to wait to have her procedure Her behavior leads me to believe either she was extraordinarily sensitive to her anesthesia or that she had her procedure later in the day. My questions are: When did she finally have her procedure? If it was later in the day, why could there not be 2 drop off times (am procedures/pm procedures)? I do not like that she was possibly sitting in a cage all day until it was her turn for her procedure. That is not fair to the poor dog insofar as her needing to go potty/drink water.

The Vet was excellent, kind, patient, calm and caring and most of the staff were too. But the person who checked me out/brought out my pet was not. She was clearly rushed and carried my pet like a sack of potatoes and not a living animal. Then she thrust the paperwork and medicine at me and ran off. I had no idea how to administer the meds she gave me so I had to wait until I saw another staff member so I could ask. I only saw her so once I got her attention she spent maybe 3 seconds with me, made me feel stupid for not knowing how to do it and then ran off frantically saying loudly I have 4 calls on hold!! I was super uncomfortable with how she dealt with me and handled my pet and I m still not sure how to use the meds I have to administer at home.

We had never been, came in with an emergency. They got us in the same day, did an excellent job of diagnosing and treating. Coming from So. Ca. The cost was amazing!

It was a great experience as always!

The only problem I had was trying to get a rebate on a prescription I got.

I think they did an excellent job. I am looking forward to the day where we can see each other face to face but understand the times we are in and think they are doing a great job.

I appreciate the care and time given to my pet. I have a traumatic brain injury and sometimes get confused. I know Pearl needs her teeth cleaned and I wasn’t sure if you do the cleaning there or I had to go somewhere else for that. Sorry if I didn’t understand correctly, but I can make another appointment time for her to have this done. Thank you for being so nice. Catiana

I adore the vet! He’s just the sweetest most caring vet. He understands how much we love our pets and works so very hard to keep them safe. He explains everything so well. Even when he needs to call my naughty lab “spirited” we just love him and are so thankful
