Dr. Shufer and his staff took fantastic care of our dog Marley while healing with an eye injury. She had to stay over for many days and they are great with her. The staff is great with our concerns and gets answers quickly.

I have several concerns. 1) my dog tucker was collared which he has never worn, he’s only been with me for 1week. he’s only 14 weeks old. he was pulled and when the tech tried to release the collar he snapped back. this was poor handling which resulted in biting action, not an aggressive dog. tucker is the mildest dog i’ve ever had. 2) i received conflicting cost estimated for services by the vet and then staff. my concern is not the cost but rather expecting to pay 1 fee then paying another. when speaking to the vet I received the attention needed and was satisfied, but when he indicated the dog would be labeled aggressive if the same behavior occurred again I felt this was silly. this was a handing issue that training of personnel would have solved.

I was very impressed by Dr. Shufer and the staff at this hospital. Dr. Shufer called both before the procedure and after to explain everything. He even sent me a very good video about heart disease in dogs that made it easy to understand and I am watch over and over as needed. All of the rest of the staff was very friendly as well! I highly recommend this pet hospital.

This is the best veterinarian I have ever visited. From the staff to doctor Shufer - I can t believe we are only finding him now! They are extremely available, responsive, and communicative. I feel I get personal attention despite them being super busy. This team is awesome and we feel we have landed in great hands. I love the online resources too. Suggestions: I wish I didn t have to leave my pet alone so long. I would be willing to bring her in and pick her up at any time. But at least they took good care of her. I wish I had been warned that after sedation pets may start whimpering and whining the next 24 hours. I got scared and thought my dog was in pain. But it was just a side effect of the sedation. Thank you for taking care of our Vanilla! <3

Waiting outside is getting old. I want to come in to talk to the doctor and watch the exam in person.

We did not like the fact that we could go in to talk with the vet. She wanted to do a $1300.00 surgery and we did not feel comfortable agreeing to this with an over the phone discussion of our options; therefore, we went to another vet where we could go in and discuss the options, which we did.

The wait seems too long. I wish there was a sense of urgency. I understand staffing is challenging but when all I need to do is buy dog food, it should be a fast & easy visit. I spend a lot of money on my two dogs here. Don’t want it to be an hour visit each time.

The Doctor s and staff are the best. They treat your pet as if it were their own.

Dr. Henderson, Dr Shufer, and the team is exceptional. They are professional, friendly, and highly talented in surgeries, care, and educating their clients. I respect their decisions and advice for all my dog’s needs. I am lucky to have been referred to them 12.5 years ago.
