With proof, vaccinated and masked up owners should be able to be with their fur babies should euthanasia be necessary. It is cruel to not be able to hold your fur baby when they leave this world.

I have been bringing my dogs to Alta Rancho for a long time. My dog Mabel was with them from the time she was a puppy until her last day. I appreciate the care they have given my animals. My dog Lily is sometimes difficult and they are always kind and professional (something I don t have the patience to do). Thank you Alta Rancho.

When referring someone here I would have to include that there is no one to take calls for emergency, clarifications or questions/concerns after office hours or on Sunday. Sometimes, you just need clarification on medications or animal reaction to treatment.

Please consider an outdoor space where pet owners could sit w/pets while waiting for them to enter or exit, as there is no shade in the parking lot. Cars get very hot while we sit in them to wait for our beloved animals...!

Everything is so wonderful about your professional service that I am hesitant to offer a suggestion. My comment probably has more to do with your landlord, however, I think you can take matters into your own hands because you and your clients are affected. Maybe you have already considered the problem and feel that you have reached the best solution. It has to do with the landscaping in the parking lot. Of course, dogs may need to urinate before or after a visit to the vet, and I believe that the parking lot islands and the west side of the could be better landscaped for that purpose. Most dog owners behave responsibly in cleaning up solid waste with bags, but maybe this has been a problem in the past. Maybe the rocks and dirt in the island is the best solution you have found, and I am not sure what could be done to make it appear mindfully designed as a dirt patch. Thanks for listening to my concern which is so minor nor compared to the many positive elements I experience at your clinic. Thanks for every thing!
